One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - We voted as a class that we would watch the rest (10 minutes) on Monday and the question sheet would be due on Tuesday. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest – Film Study

Counterculture author Ken Kesey's best-selling novel, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is based on his experiences working in the psychiatric ward of a Veterans' Administration hospital. Kesey is motivated by the premise that the patients he sees don't really have mental illnesses; they simply behave in ways a rigid society is unwilling to accept. Themes deal with conformity vs nonconformity, confinement vs freedom,
